Documentation and downloads

Datasheets are sent on request rather than posted publicly, because the configuration we quote is often not the configuration in the catalog. Ask for one and you will get the datasheet for the build we would actually ship you. Typical response within one business day.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Do you sell to individuals, or only to companies?
We sell to organizations - companies, universities, national laboratories. Every order goes through an end-use review, which is difficult to complete for an individual buyer.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the configuration and on converter availability at the time of order, so we quote it per order rather than publishing a number we cannot hold. Ask early if you have a fixed program date.
Do you provide FPGA source?
The application layer is open to you, and drivers, control API and application examples ship in source form. The link and transport layers are delivered as built blocks so you are not maintaining our infrastructure.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows and Linux for drivers and host applications. Recorder management software and its API run on Windows 10, Windows 7 and Linux.
Can I get a STEP model or a mechanical drawing?
Yes, on request. The 3D view on each product page is representative rather than dimensioned - use the STEP model for fit checks.
Do you support evaluation units?
For programs where an evaluation makes sense, yes. Tell us what you intend to measure and over what period, and we will propose terms with the quote.
Where are the boards built?
Designed and manufactured in the United States, from domestic and imported components. Origin documentation is available per part number on request.
Can you ship internationally?
In most cases, yes. Classification is reviewed per order and any licensing requirement is identified in the quote before you commit.
